Will I be Charged Sales Tax? How Much?

We are required to charge 7.8% Tax to all Shipments, Deliveries, and Will Call Pickups that occur in Arizona.

I am an Arizona snowbird, will I be charged Sales Tax?

Lucky You! Sales Tax is not based upon where you live, It is based upon where your receive your order.

If your order ships to a local Arizona address, Sales Tax is automatically added.

If your order ships to any non-Arizona address, you will not be charged Sales Tax.

Do you charge Sales Tax on shipping charges?

NEVER!

Where do you Ship?

US addresses only, All 50 States. Special arrangements must be made for shipments to Alaska & Hawaii.

Will you ship to a PO Box?

Oversized products cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please contact us at 1(866) 996-4367 to to discuss other options.

Will you ship to a Health Care Facility?

Yes. Please be sure to provide the Facility Name, full address and your room number.

I am in the Phoenix area, can I pick up my order?

You bet! Just select Will Call as your Shipping Method. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Do you really ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Since we have equipment warehoused in Alaska and Hawaii, many of our products will ship faster than you may expect.
However, some products will pay actual freight costs.
Please contact us at 1(866) 996-4367 to finalize your order.

How soon will you ship my order?

As soon as humanly possible! Please read the Order Processing section below for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

Final shipping cost is based upon your order total and the Shipping Method which you select during the checkout process.

Do you have Free Shipping?

Yes. Many of our products ship for Free. Also, If your order total, before Sales Tax is more $500 or more, shipping is free.

How and When do I select a Shipping Method?

You will choose your Shipping Method during checkout.
Look for a drop down box to select a different method.
You will be able to do a final review of your entire order and the final cost, including shipping charges.
At this point, you can go back and change the shipping method if you wish.

Again, the shipping method is selected before you are asked for final confirmation and before your are charged any money.


Order Processing

When do you process orders?

As soon as we receive an order, We begin working on it.

We Fill and Ship Orders ALL day Monday through Friday. Orders received by 1pm are usually shipped that same day.

Orders received after 1pm are filled on the same day and generally do not ship until the next business day.

I have placed my order, when will I hear from you?

1. Order Confirmation Email

Upon placing your order, you will immediately received an Order Confirmation email. We start filling it right away!
Package Tracking Numbers are not included in this email.

2. Your Order Has Been Shipped! Email

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a Your Order Has Been Shipped! email.
Package tracking numbers are generally provided at this time.
Occasionally, delays in receiving tracking numbers occur. Rest assured, your package is in-route!
In this situation, we will forward your Tracking number the moment we receive it.

3. We will call you under these circumstances.
