Return Policy
To protect our customers, a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA) is required for ALL returns situations, cancellations and etcetera.
Obtaining an RMA is as easy as 1-2-3!

- We"ll need your name, order number, item number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number.
- At this point, we will provide detail instructions.
Return Policy Details
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- EasyMedicalStore.com charges a 25% restocking fee
- Return Shipping charges are paid by the consumer
- Returned Items must be unused and in new condition, in original packaging
- Return items must be shipped insured, and shipped within 7 days of when the RMA is issued
- Refund may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned goods. This varies based upon the original payment method
- For safety and hygienic reasons, Sales are final on these items:
Sterile products, cushions and back cushions, mattresses, bath safety, up lift seat, lift chairs, hygiene products, gloves, custom orders, and unused nutrition
Defective Items
- Defective items can be exchanged for a new "like item" or EasyMedicalStore.com credit. Credit will be given after returned item has been inspected.
- Please contact us (1-866-996-4367 or email customer.service @ easymedicalstore.com) and we will schedule a pick up for return.
- Missed scheduled pick up is subject to a $15 fee
Cancellations
- Contact us (1-866-996-4367 or email customer.service @ easymedicalstore.com) as soon as possible. We will attempt to halt the shipping process
- If your order has already been shipped. It will be handled as a return after your received the package.
Refused Shipments
- Refused shipments will be charged a shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee
