The top layer of high-resiliency foam allows surface to mold to the patient's body, the middle layer adds firmer support, and the bottom layer provides proper orthopedic support and prevents bottoming out. Nylex II cover is laminated for excellent stain and fluid resistance and bottom is heavy-gauge vinyl for slip- resistance. Ticking and foam are completely antimicrobial to help prevent nosocomial infections and eliminate odors.
